Poznań is easily accessible by air via the Poznań-Ławica Airport or by train. The city is located roughly halfway between Warsaw (280 km) and Berlin (240 km), with frequent and convenient rail connections from both cities.
Presentations
Please note that each presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion. If you are presenting on Day 1, please send us your slides by 8:00 am on 28 September. If you are presenting on Day 2, please send them by 8:00 am on 29 September. This will allow us to upload all presentations before the start of each day.
Coffee and lunch
Coffee and cookies will be provided throughout the event. Please note, however, that lunch is not provided. To make it easier, we have prepared a map of recommended restaurants nearby. All of them are located within a 10-minute walk from the venue and offer a variety of cuisines. You can find the map with the recommended lunch spots below. Please feel free to ask us if you need any diet-specific recommendations.
